“On the night of October 12, the enemy attacked Ukraine with Shahed-type attack UAVs from the northern and southern directions – the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation and from Cape Chauda (Crimea). In total, 33 Shahed-type launches were recorded,” the report says.
According to the Air Force, enemy UAVs were flying in different directions, so air defense was active in at least six regions of Ukraine. Aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare units are involved in repelling the air attack.
The defense forces of southern Ukraine reported that 10 Shahed-131/136 UAVs were destroyed in the Odessa region and 4 more in the Nikolaev region.
