The revelation of Grand Admiral Thrawn. But on top of all that was artist Alice X. Zhang’s incredible official badge art, which was rightfully celebrated and highly sought after. after.
Each convention badge was adorned with one of more than a dozen portraits of their favorite star Wars characters: Rey, Han Solo, Darth Vader, the Mandalorian and more. But they weren’t for sale there except as postcards (which sell out quickly every morning.) Now, after several months of waiting, fans can finally get the chance to purchase any, or all, of Zhang’s incredible portraits from star Wars Limited edition royalty in full glory.
They will be on sale for the first time on Friday, October 13 in person at the Bottleneck Gallery in Brooklyn, New York. The gallery is hosting a special opening and exhibition of its art from 6-8 p.m., as well as a Masters of the Universe exhibition, and you can get all the details here. If you can’t make it to New York on Friday, stay tuned Social of Bottleneck Gallery since the leftovers will be on sale soon.
What follows are big, beautiful images of all the amazing star Wars art that will be available in the gallery and will be followed online at a later date. Each is a 12 x 16 inch giclée print that costs $50 in editions of 150-250.
