At the end of September, in the presence of Mrs. Marina Chupin-Paillocher (Deputy for the City Center and Saint Serge/Ney/Chalouère districts, Community Advisor for the city of Angers),? Mr. Jean-Marc Verchere (Mayor of the City of Angers), Mr. Gwendal Gautier (Greater West Director of Eiffage Construction) and Mr. Loïc Boismenu (Development Director of Réside Etudes), our Group is pleased to have inaugurated its new Les Estudines student residence in Angers, in the heart of the Saint-Serge district.
Brand new, our residence is built on the banks of the Maine and the Jardin des Plantes. It offers 150 accommodations (studio and T2 and 1 type 3 caretaker accommodation) which all benefit from an ideal geographical location. Everything is accessible on foot or by public transport!
Residents will be able to benefit from spacious spaces and services (cafeteria, co-working room, gym, laundry, etc.). A dream student life, in the heart of a city of Art and History!
Our residence is a victim of its success since it is already full!
