El Al is doing its best in the air and on the ground in Israel and around the world, to continue operating the flight schedule, to ensure the air bridge to and from Israel. El Al is adding special reinforcement flights to bring Israelis from around the world to Israel.
The State of Israel is in the midst of a difficult, painful and unbearable event. In light of the events, most of the flights until the end of this week are full, with the exception of a few seats that are also sold out. These seats are allocated as a first priority, to families whose loved ones have been harmed and must come to Israel urgently, and to people who have been called to enlist and are essential to the fighting.
El Al Mosarim: Our service center receives tens of thousands of inquiries a day. We try to assist all our customers as quickly as possible. It is important for us to emphasize that there are other channels where you can find out and book a flight, such as the El Al app, the El Al website, as well as at the travel agents. Applying through parallel channels will help us focus on providing essential assistance to the reservists and their families, as well as in urgent humanitarian cases.
“We ask you, dear customers, to be patient, especially in light of the congestion created by the decision to cancel flights that will be operated by the foreign airlines that decided not to fly to Israel due to the security situation. Every day we add additional flights to several destinations in the world and publish this on a variety of channels: on the website El Al, on social networks, with travel agents and in the media. So far, over 15 reinforcement flights have been added in which we have flown thousands of people alongside the tens of thousands that we have flown on the scheduled flights.

In actions that require a dialogue with the service personnel, such as moving the date of a flight, one must be patient in receiving a response through all available means of communication – by phone, through WhatsApp or through the Facebook messenger.
In light of the security situation, advertises flexibility in changing and canceling, with a special price list with fixed prices: in destinations up to a two-hour flight – up to $299 one way. In destinations over a two-hour flight and up to a six-hour flight – up to $499 one way. In destinations over six hours of flight – up to $899 one way.
