Q. How do you feel about hearing that you will be in charge of the Rally Japan special program as MC for the second year in a row?
Kanechika“I’m so happy, Rally Japan special program for the second year in a row! Hiromi-san will be coming too, right?”
Rintaro.“I’ll do my best as if I’m going to ride in the back seat of Hiromi-san’s car!”
Kanechika“Hiromi and I have something in common, both running for 24 hours with just our bodies, so next time I would like to do a 24-hour endurance race in a car.”
Rintaro.“It has nothing to do with Le Mans, right?” (laughs)
Q.For the second consecutive year, you will be reporting from the field on the final day of Rally Japan.What do you think about that?
Rintaro.“Would you like to liven it up locally?”

Q.What are your expectations for Japan’s only world rally driver, Takamoto Katsuta?

Q.Finally, what are you looking forward to about this Rally Japan?
