A 36-year-old man, who was arrested by the New York Police, is now a fugitive from justice, after escaping from a Manhattan hospital.
According to authorities, the suspect fled from Mount Sinai West Hospital, located in the center of New York City, before 1:00 am on Monday.
According to witnesses, he ran east on West 59th Street and has not been seen since.
Police did not detail why the subject was in the hospital. However, he was under arrest on petit larceny charges. They also did not reveal his identification.
