Found in a decomposed state in the mountains

Nowon Police Station announced that the body of a man in his 50s was discovered in Choansan Mountain at 4 p.m. on the 9th following a report from a citizen passing by.
This body was the same as that of a man who had previously disappeared from Dongdaemun-gu, and was in a severely decomposed state as it had been some time since his death.
A police official said, “After checking the identity, we learned that a missing person report was filed in Dongdaemun-gu,” and added, “We plan to entrust the autopsy to the National Institute of Forensic Science to determine the circumstances of the incident, including suspicion of murder.”
