It is impossible to know what motivated General Clemente Vega to hand over Jaime Maussan the recording of some lights with strange behavior captured by the infrared camera of the Merlín C-26 A plane that was flying in Campeche on an aircraft detection mission within the strategy to combat drug trafficking.
