In order to avoid and prevent extortion, theft in all its forms and other associated crimes against the commercial sector, focused within the framework of the ‘360 Security’ Shock Plan, the Tolima Police headed by Colonel Libardo Fabio Ojeda Eraso, In the last few hours, it has deployed with its staff of community managers in the different municipalities that make up the jurisdiction, the institutional initiative called ‘Safe Store Network’.
The objective is to prevent any crime, focusing institutional capacity on the protection of the community of shopkeepers and small businesses, to strengthen citizen security within the framework of the policy of security, defense and citizen coexistence for Life and Peace.
This initiative, which will be developed throughout the country, has 6 strategic lines and 26 operational actions, some of these being the coordination line, the prevention line, the surveillance and control line, the criminal investigation line, the communication strategy line and line of business strengthening.
What is sought with this new initiative is to improve the security of shopkeepers in the Department of Tolima by promoting coordinated collaboration between distribution companies, the National Police and citizens in general, in order to reduce criminal incidents and contrary behaviors that affect coexistence. , generating credibility and trust.
The Tolima Police invites the entire community to report any event that affects shopkeepers, absolute reserve, line 123, APP123 Plan Amigo or the nearest quadrant.
