WSV’30 is having an excellent start to the season. Arjen Zwaan’s team managed to win the first two games comfortably and 3 points could be added again on Sunday. The derby at Hercules Zaandam was evenly matched for a long time, but ended 1-2 for the visitors. Since the competitors lost points, WSV’30 is now the only team with a 100 percent score.
RCZ is still waiting for the first points. The Racers also came up short against Egmond and lost for the third time by one goal (3-2).
One class higher, SVA suffered its first loss of points. On their own field, the team managed to level the score after being 0-2 behind, but it ultimately became 2-3 for ZAP.
Assendelft and Saenden, on the other hand, recorded their first victory of the season. Guillaume Groot’s team was 1-2 too strong for Meervogels’31, while Saenden won 3-2 at home against FC Uitgeest.
Rood Wit Zaanstad also managed to recover from a difficult start in the 4th class. The team somewhat surprisingly lost the first two games, but was now too strong for Ilpendam with 1-3.
