The script is written; by the end of October 2023, all dialogues will be completed. There are still a few songs to write and the first rehearsal workshop began on Tuesday October 3.
The musical comedy entitled It’s Chartres, they say!supported by the association DSA (Doux saut de l’ange) Productions, is going well, but the team is still lacking confirmed singers.

A new casting call is therefore launched to complete the troop of amateur and volunteer artists with women, but especially men, who are currently outnumbered. Viriginie Lange, vocal coach of the project, is looking for singers with “semi-professional potential”.

The musical imagined by Patriçk Gabriel Doussot, Philippe Debaud, Marie-Hélène Brisson and Nicolas Lhoste, will tell 2,000 years of history in Chartres, from Antiquity to the 21st century. To link the different eras, a love story between a man and a woman will serve as a common thread.

Some songs will therefore be performed solo or in duets. The casting is on!
