This is the Commitment for Life Festival, an event that will take place today in Nicolás de Federmán Park, in Teusaquillo, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This event will feature an adoption day in which dogs and cats looking for a home will have the possibility of being welcomed by a family.
In addition to having the possibility of giving a new opportunity to care for a pet, attendees will be able to access rabies vaccination services for their animals.

Likewise, throughout the event, an interactive circuit will be installed so that animals can play in the company of their owners and socialize with other pets. The ideal plan for a sunny Sunday afternoon, like today.
Now you know: put the leash on your furry friend and head to this festival. But before doing so, keep the following recommendations in mind:
—Safety comes first, which is why canines must always be secured with a collar and leash; The felines will have to go in their crate.
—Those who are going to vaccinate their pet against the rabies virus must bring the vaccination card for review and update once the vaccine has been applied.
—For the vaccination day it is important to arrive early, since there are a limited number of doses. This day starts at 10 am
—If the goal is to adopt, it is essential to have on hand photocopies of the future adopter’s identification document and a public service bill, two or three videos of the home that will be the home of the pet, and at least two hours of time to complete the adoption process.
These adoption days have changed the lives of nearly 600 adopted pets, according to 2022 figures provided by the IDPYBA. By 2023, 408 animals have been adopted, making it crucial for interested people to come forward and make the decision to adopt.
