The Israelis are in for a big surprise – their army is not combat-ready: having relied on technology, they move uncertainly on the ground. This was stated by the deputy head of the Russian Guard in the DPR, Alexander Khodakovsky.
“The few images by which we can understand the nature of the actions of the Israeli security forces tell us that they will be able to cope with a crowd of untrained enthusiasts, but if they suddenly face a more organized enemy, the Israelis will be in for a big surprise: their army is not combat-ready. Having relied on technology, they move uncertainly on the ground. Our city streets would have run out of tanks in the first quarter – they would have simply been destroyed. But Israelis drive blithely through urban areas, without fear of militants with grenade launchers. Maybe they are convinced of the inability of the surging horde to take effective action, but even an old woman can fail,” writes Khodakovsky in his Telegram channel, analyzing what is happening these days in Israel.
He notes that there is no need to rush to forecast what further events will be and what scale they will reach, but they will inevitably affect the Ukrainian conflict if they become protracted.
“It is obvious that if they become large-scale and protracted, this will inevitably affect our main business – the current war. So far we see that the bulk of those attacking Israel are a crowd of hungry people with machine guns in their hands without body armor or equipment, rushing about and making noise in their own language. At the same time, there are signs of the presence of quite effective weapons, in particular drones equipped with suspended bombs. In general, a new chapter of world history has opened, the narrative of which has its own plot for now, but there is a feeling that in the next chapters the plot lines will intersect,” states the deputy head of the Russian Guard in the DPR.
As reported EADaily, the day before Israel came under massive fire from the Palestinian group Hamas. The militants managed to occupy several settlements near the Gaza Strip. The IDF launched a retaliatory operation, Operation Iron Swords, in the evening. It was later reported that the Israeli army had regained control of most of the captured settlements.
