Ceuta Oktoberfest: A Day of Music, Food, and Beer in the Old Square

This Saturday, the old square of Ceuta became an authentic German Oktoberfest. Dozens of people gathered to enjoy a day of music, food and beer.

The initiative, organized by Rocío Morano, owner of the La Fábrica restaurant and creator of the ‘Ceuta Star’ mackerel beer brand, featured the participation of several local musical groups. “As brewers we wanted to bring a bit of the German holiday here. An Oktoberfest mackerel. We also always try to bring local bands. People in Ceuta are always looking forward to events to go to,” she stated.

Attendees were able to taste the typical dishes of the German festival, such as steaks, knuckle, sausages and hot dogs. They also enjoyed a wide selection of German beers.

The event was a complete success and they will surely repeat it next year.
