ZAAMSLAG – After a traffic conflict in Zaamslag, someone was seriously assaulted on Friday evening. The police announced this. The perpetrator has not yet been identified.
According to the police, the assault took place between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM on Terneuzensestraat (N290). A man allegedly hit the victim several times after a traffic dispute. “This man then drove away in a silver car in the company of a woman,” the police said.
The police are looking for witnesses. They can report via telephone number 0900-8844.
