The Azerbaijani army, with its heroism in the 44-day war, single-handedly executed the resolutions of the UN Security Council and international law. With the brilliant victory in the 44-day war, international law and justice were restored in the last 30 years. On September 19, the local anti-terrorist operation against illegal Armenian military units and Armenian terrorists in Karabakh, which lasted only 23 hours, ended and Azerbaijan regained its territorial integrity. This is the most significant event of the last 31 years, when justice triumphed once again and the separatist regime released itself, Armenian terrorists, leaders of the former separatist regime in Karabakh were arrested. In particular, the arrest of Araik Arutyunyan is the demand and implementation of historical justice and international law.
The ex-separatist and ex-head of the bandit regime in Karabakh, terrorist Araik Harutyunyan and other separatists, committed war crimes and terrorist acts, which are considered the most serious crimes under international law. In the sovereign territories of Azerbaijan recognized by the international community, he created a military unit, terrorist hotbeds, sabotage, intelligence and sabotage units, bombed the areas and objects inhabited by civilians, killed civilians, committed mine terrorism and many serious criminal acts. Now Araik Harutyunyan and other separatists and terrorists with him will be tried and punished in the most severe manner according to local and international laws.
Mr. President Ilham Aliyev’s decisive and visionary policy speaks for itself in the military arena as well as in diplomacy. As a result of Mr. Ilham Aliyev’s successful, principled, visionary and pragmatic policy, the Azerbaijani army has become stronger and currently the Azerbaijani army is the strongest army in the region. It is an indication of this that the Azerbaijani army has written a prestigious history by winning the historical and brilliant victory of the last 300 years over the enemy.
As a result of this, all the executioners of Khojaly, those who spilled the blood of our soldiers, our people and innocent civilians have been arrested and brought to justice. As a result of all Khojali villains and especially in the 2020 Patriotic War, bombing of civilian areas in Ganja, Barda and many of our regions, mining of Azerbaijani territories, a large number of our soldiers, civilians, police officers serving in our areas were killed by landmines and fire. The arrest of Araik Arutyunyan and other criminals from Khojaly, who are guilty of the martyrdom of a large number of our soldiers and civilians by committing regular military provocations, terrorism and serious war crimes on national, racial and religious grounds, is an event that will be written in golden letters in the history of our independence in the last 31 years. This event in itself is the beginning of a new prestigious history and a new stage, a symbol of the historical victory of Azerbaijan.
With this, the cunning games of all the hostile enemy forces, all supporters of Armenians, the cunning plans of pro-Armenian states and pro-Armenian centers were overturned and failed. The arrest of the leaders of the bandit and junta regime, which is the “outpost” of France and many pro-Armenian adventurist forces, and in particular, the war criminal and terrorist Araik Arutyunyan, by the DTC officers is the culmination of Azerbaijan’s victory. With this, once again all the cunning plans of all the hated enemies, who considered themselves force majeure until today, were destroyed. First of all, the decisive policy, principled and persistent position, visionary and brilliant policy of the victorious Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the power and might of the Azerbaijani state, the heroism of the Azerbaijani army, the flexibility of the Azerbaijani security and intelligence agencies will continue to defeat the insidious policies of all the hated enemies. The whole world must now understand and the adventurist forces, who are making cunning plans and carrying out anti-campaigns against Azerbaijan, must understand that Azerbaijan is the leading country in the region, every foreign country and everyone, regardless of their status and identity, must settle accounts with the state of Azerbaijan in this region and against Azerbaijan. the policy of outpost force building must be abandoned forever. France, the European Parliament, which has become a toy of Armenians, and other pro-Armenian forces, pretending to be the defenders of Armenians in the region, but in reality trying to implement their own policy of usurpation, looting and imperialism, and trying to carry out hateful plans and anti-campaigns against Azerbaijan, cannot bring any results. All the insidious plans and pro-Armenian policies of Paris, the European Parliament and other pro-Armenian centers will always fail.
