United States to Resume Direct Expulsions of Illegal Immigrants to Venezuela

In the United States, senior White House officials announced this Thursday, October 5, that Washington would resume direct expulsions of illegal immigrants to Venezuela. These direct expulsions had been suspended for several years.

The United States will resume direct expulsions of illegal immigrants to Venezuela, which had been suspended for years, senior White House officials announced Thursday, October 5, 2023, reportsAFP.

“We have already identified individuals who we are detaining and who will be quickly deported in the coming days”said one of the officials, who requested anonymity, while another assured that Venezuela had given its agreement to receive the nationals thus returned.
