Russian psychologist Zulia Loykova said that professions associated with severe stress, excessive emotional pressure and night shifts affect the mental health of employees.

The scientist believes that the night routine and monotonous work pose a danger to mental health. She said that those who are also at risk are those who have to deal with the emotional background of other people, according to the “Russia Today” website.

Lyukova mentioned professionals who need to pay the greatest attention to themselves in particular, including service workers, call center operators, doctors, journalists and teachers.

According to the specialist, a full-time psychologist can help deal with the rate of employee turnover due to stress at work.

The newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda” had previously reported that depression is one of the most common psychological disorders, and more than 350 million people of all age groups suffer from it, and women are affected by this disease twice as often as men.

Getting rid of depression quickly is considered very difficult, and without the help of doctors and psychologists it is completely impossible. But the disease can be successfully treated by contacting a specialist.
