While Activision is just preparing for the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in November of this year, the first details of the next part of the franchise have begun to be leaked online. The leak confirms that a new Call of Duty: Black Ops from developers Treyarch will be released in 2024. The shooter will feature many innovations, improvements and a signature zombie mode with unique playable characters.
Information about the new Call of Duty: Black Ops was shared by a user with the nickname uwuleaker99. He introduced himself as one of the testers at Activision, who has access to even unfinished projects. He recently shared a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 gameplay leak, and now he’s shared details about the next game.
According to the leaker, the next part of the shooter is already playable and undergoing internal tests. Now he can share the name of some maps from the game and the theme song of the zombie mode:
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2024 will feature two zombie battle maps at launch. Now they go by the following names in the shooter:

The announcement of the new Call of Duty: Black Ops should take place in the summer of next year, and the release of the shooter itself will take place in the fall of 2024. It seems that Activision is not planning to take a break from releasing new parts of the shooter, as previously assumed.
