Ten years after the closure of the Gad slaughterhouse in Lampaul-Guimiliau, the site is still abandoned, even if a new future is emerging. We went to this industrial wasteland in Finistère in the company of two former employees, Joëlle Crenn and Olivier Le Bras (former union leader, now regional elected official). They recount their memories with emotion.
