It took a long time, but now it’s here: The EU Parliament’s official report on the relationship with Switzerland. In over thirty pages, rapporteur Lukas Mandl, member of the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP), laid out an explanation of the diverse aspects of the bilateral construct. On Wednesday, the report was adopted by a large majority at the plenary assembly in Strasbourg.
