Anyone who looks up information via “Search an EPC” will not see all the information from the EPC. If a valid EPC is available for a specific address, you can see on which date the EPC was drawn up.
You can also see what energy score the home has – expressed in kWh/m²/year and also the EPC label. Only EPCs that are still valid are shown. EPCs that have expired after ten years or have been overwritten by a more recent EPC are not shown.
