Stade Spiritain eliminates Aiglon du Lamentin on Tuesday evening (October 3) in the 5th round of the Coupe de France. Last in the R1 championship, Stade Spiritain excels in the Coupe de France and qualifies for the 6th round. Qualification also from the Péléen Club of Morne Rouge.
The players from Stade Spiritain started the match better than their prestigious competitors from Aiglon du Lamentin. They took advantage of the flaws in the opposing defense and led to a general surprise at half-time (3-1) on the Aiglon pitch (Georges Gratiant stadium in Lamentin).
The Stade Spiritain confirmed its good intentions throughout the second half and worsened the score.
At the end of regulation time the Saint-Esprit team eliminated the Lamentinois (5-2) after beating Cs Case Pilote (6-3) in the previous round.
The disillusionment is considerable for the Aiglon, the last winner of the Coupe de France, Martinique zone.

In the other match of this 5th round of the Coupe de France, qualification of Club Péléen at the expense of Us Robert. The Morne-Rouge players obtained a deserved qualification after a fairly clear domination.
