“If they weren’t GERD and DPS there wouldn’t have been this signed agreement, which we will legalize tomorrow in the parliament,” said Borisov, pointing out that they also helped to reach a consensus in the negotiations with the farmers.
According to him, their partners in management have learned their lesson, despite the “arrogant behavior and self-indulgence” demonstrated in recent days. He added that GERBs are obliged to support the government and because of the difficult situation caused by the war in Ukraine.
“If we had backed down in today’s negotiations, everything would have ended today,” said the GERB leader.
