The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk (AGRO) approved changes to the company’s management. At this EGMS, Johanes Kuntjoro Adi S was appointed as independent commissioner.
The EGMS itself will be held on October 3 2023. There are two agendas for this EGMS, namely changes to the company’s articles of association and changes to the composition of the company’s management.
Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Human Resources at Bank Raya, Danar Widyantoro, said that the change in management was a follow-up to Rina Sa’adah’s resignation as independent commissioner on July 10 2023.
“The Company made changes to its Articles of Association to adapt to the latest POJK and other provisions. Apart from that, the Company also implemented changes to the composition of the Company’s management to follow up on the resignation of Mrs. Rina Sa’adah as Independent Commissioner which was submitted on July 10 2023,” he said in a written statement. , Wednesday (4/10/2023).
With the approval of the 2023 EGMS, the composition of Bank Raya’s management is as follows:
