New construction of a daycare center and three semi-detached houses for densification in a residential area in Bremen, Alt-Osterholz. The daycare center is planned and built as a reference for economical, climate-friendly construction. For this purpose, an integral planning team was put together from development to execution. The aim is to make maintenance and repair costs calculable for 35 years using a low-tech concept.
