The emergency services are at 23.40 on their way to a house fire in Skittenelv in Tromsø. A fire has been confirmed in the home, the police say.
Kurt Albrigtsen, operator at the 110 switchboard, informs Nordlys that the danger of the fire spreading has been averted. The police initially stated that there could be a risk of spreading to nearby buildings.
“There should be no people in the home,” the police report further.
