Sunday evening was marked by a traffic incident that almost ended in tragedy in the Dainava microdistrict. After a collision between a motorcycle and a car, two people were taken to the hospital.
“Accident at Draugystės kryža, near Maxima,” reported the readers of “What’s happening in Kaunas”.

The officer on duty of the Kaunas County Chief Police Commissariat informed that at 7:26 p.m. a report was received that a motorcycle “Honda” driven by a man (born in 1999) and a passenger car “Citroen” driven by a man (born in 1942) collided on Draugystės Street.
During the traffic accident, the motorcycle driver and the passenger (born in 2004) were injured. The man suffered back and leg injuries, the girl also suffered back and leg injuries.
According to preliminary data, there is no danger to life, but due to the injuries, both persons were brought to Kaunas clinics.
