Your tasks include everything that is important in a notary’s office, such as drawing up draft contracts, preparing all kinds of documents, especially powers of attorney, register registrations, land register applications and even affidavits. They also monitor compliance with deadlines and carry out the necessary preparatory work. They request documents from authorities, ensure that all notification obligations to authorities and courts are met and take care of incoming mail and file creation. In short: They deal with all notarial issues with expertise – even part-time if desired.

As a lawyer and/or notary assistant with a good degree, you value care and service orientation. You work independently and responsibly and impress with your commitment and demeanor. Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage, but not a requirement.
