Sharjah, September 30 / WAM / The “Al Asayel 2023” exhibition, organized by the Sharjah Expo Center with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Expo Center Al Dhaid, continues its activities for the third day in a row, amid a remarkable turnout from the public and those interested in traditional sports, who came to enjoy the heritage atmosphere and see sports displays. Hunting, equestrianism, wandering between the platforms designated for falcons, and learning about the finest types of falcons and the methods and principles of falconry practice.

The event formed an important platform for reviving authentic Emirati traditions and customs, supporting owners of horses, camels and falcons, and enhancing the sales of exhibitors. This was confirmed by a number of participating parties, especially in light of the growing demand from visitors to the exhibition and the keenness to acquire products and tools for caring for horses, camels and hunting birds, pointing to the importance of this event as a platform. For his part, Ali Al-Sayyid, owner of Al-Hizam Foundation for Falconry Equipment and Supplies, praised the efforts of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Expo Center in organizing the Al-Asayel exhibition, which he is participating in for the second year in a row, noting the remarkable demand from visitors and the interest in acquiring many falcon care supplies and the tools used by falconers, including the protractor.
