A boy, MD (12), died after being molested by an elderly person named Nain (70) in Tapos, Depok, West Java (West Java). The police revealed the results of the preliminary post-mortem.
“The results of the temporary post-mortem show that it is true that there were wounds or marks on his genitals caused by a blunt object,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Depok Police, Commissioner Hadi, to journalists at the Depok Metro Police, Friday (29/9/2023).
However, Hadi said, the wound has not been significant enough to prove the cause of the victim’s death. For that reason, the party still needs to investigate the exact cause of the victim’s death.
“(The wound) was not directly caused by the squeezing. However, there was an effect from that because according to witness testimony, after this was done or happened, the victim was not as active as usual and complained to his colleagues and parents,” he said.
Total 10 Victims
In total, 10 people were victims of Nian’s abuse. The police revealed that Nain’s method was to randomly approach the victim to abuse him by squeezing his genitals. Hadi said Nain would embrace and rub the victim’s chest if resistance occurred while being harassed.
