Deputy President Director of MNC Land, Edwin Darmasetiawan, Resigns: Property and Real Estate Sector News

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Issuer in the property and real estate sector owned by Hary Tanoesoedibjo, PT MNC Land Tbk. (KPIG) announced that the Company’s Deputy President Director Edwin Darmasetiawan resigned from his position.

“The company has received a resignation request from Mr. Edwin Darmasetiawan from his position as Deputy President Director of the Company,” wrote management, citing information disclosure on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), Friday (29/9).

Quoting the official MNC Land website, Edwin Darmasetiawan is an Indonesian citizen. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Gajah Mada University.

Edwin has 10 years of experience as Director of Business Development at BUMN: ITDC (Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation) or PT Indonesian Tourism Development (Persero) and is involved in several important projects.

A number of these projects include the Mandalika (Lombok), Singhasari (Malang), Tanamori & Tananaga (Labuan Bajo), Likupang (North Sulawesi), Bakauheni (South Sumatra), and also the North Bali Tourism and Airport (Bali) projects.

Apart from that, he also has 26 years of experience in the banking industry, including as Head of Asset and Liability Committee, Head of Treasury, and Head of Asset Restructures.
