According to the Public Ministry, El Dotolcito was the one who ordered the vehicle in which they were traveling to be washed and hidden in the early morning of the event.
The accusatory file cites that he was the one who called on several occasions the taxi driver (driver of the vehicle), Danil Ramírez Santana, to take him to the Bar Kiss nightclub, where those named “Chiquito” (Alison de Jesús Pérez Mejía) and “Luis ”.
In the file, the MP accuses El Dotolcito of having “associated with those named Chiquito and Luis to commit robbery to the detriment of the victims, and during the action they shot, hitting Joshua Fernández Decena on April 16, 2023, which “It caused his death.”
At the end of August, the Fourth Investigative Court of the National District, presided over by Judge Altagracia Ramírez, ratified the preventive detention of El Dotolcito, who is serving a year in prison at the Najayo correctional center.
