This is what emerges from the series of exchanges between the president of the transition and the new ministers during a meeting at the Palais du Renouveau on Monday September 25, 2023. The objective of the meetings between the president of the transition Oligui Nguema and certain members of the government received in turn this Monday, September 25, 2023, was to take stock of the situation on major priority files for each ministerial department. We learn from a post published on the Facebook page of the Gabonese presidency. Indeed, the president of the transition General Oligui Nguema first received Solange Marthe Guiakie and Patricia Djipano wife Mouloungui, respectively Minister of Labor and the Fight against Unemployment and Minister of Commerce, SMEs/SMIs in charge of Activities Income Generating. Then, the Head of State met Professor Adrien Mougougou, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, who came to take stock of the said ministry on the one hand and receive guidance with a view to carrying out the missions which are assigned to it on the other hand. The discussions between the President of the Transition and the minister mainly focused on health and social issues. And finally the Minister of Oil and Gas Mr. Marcel Abeke, with whom they discussed an update on the priority files of the ministerial department for which he is responsible. After listening to them, the Head of State urged them to put in place innovative mechanisms that will facilitate the transition process within their respective administrations. Note that these meetings take place within the framework of consultations initiated by the President of the Transition with the various heads of administrative entities in the country.
