Continued Errors with BCA Mobile Banking: Netizens Complain

The mobile banking service belonging to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) or BCA Mobile is said to have experienced an error again. This complaint was submitted by netizens on the X account (formerly Twitter).

From detikcom monitoring, the account @_rain***** wrote “Mbanking BCA has been having errors since yesterday, Anjay,” he wrote.

Then the account @Kol**** “Why is BCA having an error at this hour,” he wrote.

Then the account @riri**** “BCA has an error again. Why??? Every end of the month and beginning of the month,” he wrote.

Next is the account @cimo***** “BCA is having tantrums all the time. It’s really difficult to check my even small balance, it feels like I’m loading a balance of 7 trillion,” he said.

A BCA customer named Arie also complained about the same thing, he couldn’t access internet banking or Klik BCA. “You can’t check your balance, check your transfer and now the service is not available,” he said detikcomTuesday (26/9/2023).

Then Febri also felt the BCA mobile error, who couldn’t access her mobile banking. The indicator light continues to be red and does not change to blue and then to green.
