With elegance and lightness – this is exactly how Daigas Veismane’s dishes are made. on October 21 at 20.00 Daiga, creative director of Tiamo group, invites you to a special dinner at the restaurant Cello in Lielaja džintar. During the six-course dinner, guests will be able to taste the nuanced flavors of France and enjoy Daiga’s stories about French cuisine. The dinner will be complemented by the French wines of “Vīnogas” and sommelier Rolandas Rudāns’ insights on the compatibility of the wine with the investigated dishes.
