The public attitude of an elected official of the Republic has a normal impact on the population he represents. If the Courts set through their case law the limits of what can be called “political and/or electoral controversy”, it is not the same for decency and good manners which are a matter of education.
Mrs. Juliana M’Doihoma, although supposedly educated, showed the whole of Reunion that she undoubtedly has neither education nor good company. Her attitude of “celebrating with alcohol in hand” the condemnation of the one who nevertheless made her a municipal and regional elected official before she betrayed him in his absence, reflects her deep psychological illness and her contempt for everything and everyone. .
