Autumn’s first “Farmen” week is nearing its end. On Wednesday, there was a very tense atmosphere after big farmer Bård Kristiansen (51) chose Diana Rooz (30) as the first champion, which ended in the 30-year-old reacting with anger over the big farmer’s choice.
– Bruised and split in two
On Sunday, Rooz chose Sebastian Eide (33) for a match, a match Eide ultimately won quite clearly. Now awaits the side competition “Torpet” for Skiensjenta.

The two competed in barrel chess in what was a historic “Farmen” episode. This is the first time that a woman has met a man in an ordinary, and gender-neutral, duel in the reality programme.
– Crazy
“The farm” has not been recorded yet. This means that the participants, due to the tension in the programme, are not yet available to the press.

But in Sunday’s episode, Rooz does not hide that she found it boring to have to leave the farm so early.
– Being the first person to quit is tough, I was hoping to be there a little longer. I probably should have been more tactical and played the game like many of the others have done. But that’s the way it is, you learn as long as you live, she says in the programme, before adding:
– It is very sad.
– Love at first sight
Was registered in “hide”
Dagbladet met all the participants in Kristiansand the day before they were to enter Fredheim farm in Ny-Hellesund in Søgne.

There, Rooz said that it was her little sister who signed her up for the program.
– She signed me up secretly. It’s the kind of thing she can make up, she did it once before too – when I was 16 years old she entered me for Miss Norway, she said, before adding:
– I got a call from them, but started crying and said I didn’t want to. I didn’t have the confidence to say yes, so I said no.

When she received an e-mail inviting her to an initial interview for the “Farmen” production, she initially thought it was a “scam”. It wasn’t. This time she therefore took the chance, and finally made it through the very narrow eye of the needle to participate in the programme.
– I have a philosophy that says there is a meaning to everything in life, and maybe this is too, she told Dagbladet at the time.
