IDI, Bisaapa.id | A number of residents again experienced shortness of breath and vomiting due to poisoning which was allegedly caused by PT Medco E&P Malaka’s Slickline activities.
The slickline was carried out at the Alur Siwah well CPP, Nurussalam District, East Aceh several days ago.
The victims consisted of women, teenage men and children.
The incident occurred on Sunday, 24/09/2023, at around 18.05 WIB. In Panton Rayeuk T Village, Banda Alam District, East Aceh.
“We were playing football when we suddenly experienced nausea and shortness of breath.” Said one of the victims.
To date, there have been around 17 people who have been referred to Zubir Mahmud Regional Hospital for medical treatment.
It is predicted that many more victims will experience the same thing.
