Bezzecchi wins the Indian GP after dominating the race. Behind him comes second Jorge Martin who on the last lap dueled for the second step of the podium with Quartararo (who finished 3rd).

Fabio Quartararo now climbs to third place: 6 laps to go.
12.26pm – Fall of Bagnaia
After overtaking Martin, Bagnaia falls and is forced to abandon the race. The Spaniard is therefore now 2nd behind Bezzecchi.

With 9 laps to go Pecco counter-overtakes Martin and moves back into second position.

Aleix Espargarò is forced to retire due to a bike problem.

Martin (2nd) and Bagnaia (3rd) fight for second place. Pecco chases the Spaniard and the gap between the two is less than half a second.

Bezzecchi takes an almost 3 second lead over Martin (2nd).
12:11 p.m. – Marc Marquez crash
Marquez falls but remains attached to the handlebars, picks up the bike in the gravel and resumes the race. Now he is 16th.
12.10pm – Martin overtakes Bagnaia
With 17 minutes to go, Martin overtakes Bagnaia who slips into third place.
12.08pm – Bezzecchi ahead, Bagnaia follows
With 18 laps remaining in the race, Bezzecchi is still first with Bagnaia behind him: the gap between the two has now exceeded second.
