It is for this reason that Ukraine had to wait a very long time for the decision of the US President not only on ATACMS and F-16 missiles, but before that on everything else. The approaching elections in the United States may speed up this process. If this event were to occur in November 2024, then chances are that in the spring of that year, Biden will give Ukraine everything it needs to defeat Russia.

The Russian oppositionist explained why the United States will still supply enough weapons to Ukraine and when this will finally happen: “I think that political logic in America still dictates to Biden the need to provide Ukraine with all the weapons to win in the spring, because next comes the presidential elections, and a protracted war will, of course, work against this administration. It may very well be, if you look at all the scenarios, that the Biden administration will simply be forced, as part of its political survival, to begin helping Ukraine in the amount that will be necessary for complete victory next spring“.
At the same time, the grandmaster emphasized an important nuance on the issue of the transfer of weapons to Ukraine: “There are ongoing disputes between the American administration about the potential collapse of Russia: can this lead to the emergence of new nuclear states, can this lead to the strengthening of China, which is “sharpening its teeth” on vast Russian territories in the Far East. This is actually the main point of contention. This is what prevents Biden from making this decision, because they understand. What if Ukraine receives ATACMS, receives aircraft, then the outcome of the war will be decided quite quickly. Already now, with the small amount of weapons, Ukraine is moving“.
