Your tasks
You will work closely with the data protection officer and provide advice and monitoring in accordance with Art. 39 GDPR on the following tasks:
Supporting the Luther companies and the departments in implementing the requirements of the GDPR in national and international business processes, IT systems and digital products. Collaboration in the data protection support of group-wide projects, in particular IT and digitalization projects. Review of contracts with regard to data protection law, in particular. Support in concluding contracts for order processing and drafting contractual data protection clauses Support in the implementation of data protection management measures, including relevant data protection documentation, such as lists of processing activities or data protection impact assessments Conception of training for employees and management on the relevant data protection rules Participation in processing data protection incidents and exercising the rights of those affected, including communication with authorities, supporting audits and controls and preparing reports
your profile
Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Magister, diploma (university) or comparable degree) in the field of law, business science or business law Good knowledge of data protection law (national/international) and other relevant legal standards; Affinity to legal processes and working methods Ideally 2 – 3 years of professional experience in data protection advice Experience in the basic processes and IT systems/applications in legal advice and with relevant management systems and associated audits Basic knowledge of data security and interest in technical developments Analytical thinking skills , methodical, structured and solution-oriented approach Independent action, flexibility, high social and intercultural competence, ability to work in a team Excellent written, oral communication, moderation and presentation skills Good written and spoken English skills
