Position Available: Export Risk Manager for Bpifrance Assurance Export

Bpifrance Assurance Export, a subsidiary of Bpifrance, is looking for a Export Risk Manager F/M for the ETI & SME Department which guarantees the contracts of French SMEs and ETIs as well as the export financing made available to their foreign buyers.

As part of a team of 15 people, you will contribute to the completion of all types of projects carried out by these mid-sized SMEs from different sectors, by analyzing the risks to be taken on public works contracts (bridges, hospitals, etc.) , transport (rolling vehicles, boats, etc.), industrial goods (factories, production lines, machine tools, etc.)…

The analyst/business manager will carry out the following missions:

· The examination of requests for export contract guarantees and export financing,

· Financial analysis of foreign buyers, exporters and any other analysis necessary to understand the risk,

· Participation in committees, Guarantees Commissions, internal and external meetings,

· Drafting guarantee promises and credit insurance policies,

· Management and monitoring of a risk portfolio,

· The role of expertise and advice with exporters, banks and the Bpifrance network,

· Carrying out cross-functional work.

These activities are carried out in liaison with the General Directorate of the Treasury, exporters and banks. Travel in France and abroad will be expected.
