“PAYDAY 3”, the sequel to the classic cooperative robbery-shooting game “PAYDAY” series, was officially released on September 21 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms.
However, the game got off to a bad start after its official launch. Many players reported frequent server disconnections during play, and problems with matchmaking and being unable to start the game. As a result, the overall review of “PAYDAY 3” on Steam fell to mixed reviews.

Since “PAYDAY 3” places great emphasis on cooperation between players, whether it is robbery, theft, or even a simple shop smashing task, it must be executed by close communication among the team. However, many players pointed out that there were abnormalities in the game’s matchmaking system. For example, no one entered the room after more than an hour of matching, and everyone was disconnected halfway through the game, resulting in a poor game experience.

Due to the lack of online matchmaking, the game could not start smoothly, and players couldn’t help complaining, “I thought it was “PAYDAY 3″, but it turned out to be Queue 3.”

The official Twitter of “PAYDAY 3” stated that it has received feedback from players that the matching speed is too slow, and has launched an investigation into the cause to try to fix the problem. However, unstable matching still occurs. The official emphasized that the team will continue to find out the cause and work hard to solve the problem so that everyone can get back to the game.
