And 7 other people were placed under arrest warrant at Libreville central prison Ian Ghislain Ngoulou, Noureddin Bongo Valentin, Cyriaque Mvourandjiami, Abdul Moubcith Oceni Ossa, Mohamed Ali Saliou, Jessye Ella Ekogha and Gisèle Mombo, Ian Ngoulou’s mother-in-law . In addition to the seven people placed under arrest warrant at the Libreville central prison and the three under house arrest, two people were exonerated: Amedée Moundende, the “sister-in-law of Ian Ngoulou who found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time”, and Zolie Lekibi Perrin, the “cook of Noureddin Bongo Valentin who survives in an unfinished house and whose personal bed is cut and nailed», note Gabonactu.
