MEXICO CITY, Sept 21 (Reuters) – A U.S. trade official stressed the need for Mexico to address “serious concerns” from the United States over its energy measures, which were raised during consultations under the of a regional trade pact.
Deputy Trade Representative Jayme White, who met with her Mexican counterpart Alejandro Encinas on Wednesday in Mexico City, urged Mexico to address its energy measures – which the United States says constitute unfair discrimination against its companies – USTR said in a statement.
