Kathmandu: A 15 cm knife was taken out of the stomach of a 22-year-old man who came to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. Newsweek reported that the young man had been stabbed several days earlier. But no one suspected that the knife was inside the stomach.
There were no visible marks of the knife entering the body. The young man took out the knife and stitched the wound and came home.
The young man was stabbed in a drunken state. So I can’t remember what happened then. From the next day, I felt severe pain in my stomach. But there was no fatigue, weakness, vomiting or constipation. Doctors said there were no problems even when the blood was tested.
When the doctor examined the body closely, he saw the scar. Then, when an X-ray was taken, it was found that there was a knife in the stomach. Pain was experienced when it moved from one part of the abdomen to another. The tumor was surgically removed.
