The fight for daughter Rozárka between Agáta Hanychová and Jaromír Soukup has begun. The influencer is going through an extremely difficult period, she is fresh from a breakup and she and her ex-partner have not agreed on how to take care of their joint child. Thus began the trial. Hanych gave a statement to the editors of eXtra and admitted that nothing is closed yet.
The relationship between Agáta Hanychová and Jaromír Soukup is in the past. However, they are still connected by their six-month-old daughter, Rozárka. Together, they could not agree on how it would be with the care of their daughter, so they have to solve everything through the courts. Agáta gave a statement to the eXtra editors and admitted that the trial is ongoing and she still cannot provide more detailed information.
“The trial about Rozárka’s care is still ongoing, so I will not and am not allowed to comment on it. It’s still not closed,” the former model confided in our editors. A few days ago, it became clear that the situation between the partners was not the most rosy, when Soukup unexpectedly forbade the publication of photos of their daughter, of which Hanychová was full Instagram.
Agatha wanted exclusive care
However, according to eXtra.cz, the former couple at least agreed on something. They also have a court-approved care agreement. Of course, Agáta initially wanted exclusive care due to Rozárka’s age, but in the end, according to our reports, Jaromír can see her little daughter roughly three times a week. They both agreed that despite going their separate ways, they wanted to be the best parents to their young daughter.
Agatha’s return from Marbella, Spain, showed that their breakup was dramatic and they did not part on good terms. They were supposed to have had a big partnership dispute there and a few days later they announced their breakup. “Agáta and Jaromír had a terrible fight in Spain. There was a crazy scene when Soukup pulled himself together and returned to the Czech Republic a few days early.” the source told the editors of eXtra.cz.
