Lufthansa Set to Break Long-Haul Traffic Records in 2024

It is becoming apparent that long-haul traffic will break records in the summer of 2024, according to the airport in the Bavarian capital. Lufthansa will be represented for the first time with 36 long-haul aircraft and will increase the number of currently around 150 weekly departures to intercontinental destinations to a record number of almost 190. There is also news, according to Munich Airport. Lufthansa is planning to connect Munich with Seattle on the American west coast daily for the first time from May 30, 2024. Bangalore will be added to India as early as the next winter flight schedule and will continue with up to six weekly flights in summer 2024. The airline also flies to Hong Kong several times a week. From June 3rd, Lufthansa will also be flying to South Africa three times a week from Munich.
