Changes in Commissioners and Directors at PT PLN (Persero): Appointment of Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo and Arcandra Tahar

Jakarta –

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT PLN (Persero) decided to change the composition of the company’s commissioners and directors. There were two commissioners and one director appointed at the GMS.

Shareholders agreed to honorably dismiss Amien Sunaryadi as President Commissioner (Komut) and Independent Commissioner and Alex Iskandar Munaf as Independent Commissioner.

As a replacement, the GMS appointed former BNI main commissioner Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo as Main Commissioner and Independent Commissioner. This GMS also appointed former Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arcandra Tahar as Independent Commissioner.

Apart from that, the GMS also appointed Suroso Isnandar as Director of Risk Management. Previously, Suroso Isnandar held the position of Head of PLN’s Digital and Information Technology Unit.

“This change in the composition of the Commissioners and Directors was carried out to improve the company’s performance, especially in carrying out the energy transition,” said BUMN Minister Erick Thohir, represented by the Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information of the BUMN Ministry Tedi Bharata in a written statement, Wednesday (20/9/ 2023).

The following is the composition of the new PLN Board of Directors and Commissioners:

1. President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner: Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo
2. Deputy Chief Commissioner: Suahasil Nazara
3. Commissioner: Mohamad Ikhsan
4. Commissioner: Dadan Kusdiana
5. Commissioner: Dudy Purwagandhi
6. Commissioner: Eko Sulistyo
7. Commissioner: Tedi Bharata
8. Commissioner: Susiwijono Moegiarso
9. Independent Commissioner: Charles Sitorus
10. Independent Commissioner: Arcandra Tahar

Board of Directors:
1. Main Director: Darmawan Prasodjo
2. Finance Director: Sinthya Roesly
3. Director of Legal and Human Capital Management: Yusuf Didi Setiarto
4. Director of Transmission and System Planning: Evy Haryadi
5. Director of Retail and Commerce: Edi Srimulyanti
6. Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development: Hartanto Wibowo
7. Director of Project Management and New Renewable Energy: Wiluyo Kusdwiharto
8. Director of Generation Management: Adi Lumakso
9. Distribution Director: Adi Priyanto
10. Director of Risk Management: Suroso Isnandar
